Your cost consists of three elements: 1. our legal fees, 2. disbursements (which are the necessary costs we paid on your behalf such as land title registration fees, title search, mortgage discharge fee ..., and we do not make any profit on them), and 3. GST/PST. The cost varies in different situations.
